Ugh, we feel you. Here’s the deal: we ship small sticker orders (less than $35) with free USPS First Class Mail, which doesn't include tracking (because we’re trying to keep things affordable for everyone). Sometimes the post office gets a little too enthusiastic and marks it as “delivered” a day or two early, especially for mailbox deliveries.

Give it up to 7 days after the marked delivery date. In the meantime, check with neighbors, behind planters, under mail stacks, or with your local post office (trust us, packages love to hide).
