All sales are final (we’re a small biz, not Amazon), but if there’s something wrong with your order or it arrives damaged, send us a photo and we’ll make it right with a replacement. We’re cool like that.

Ugh, we feel you. Here’s the deal: we ship small sticker orders (less than $35) with free USPS First Class Mail, which doesn't include tracking (because we’re trying to keep things affordable for everyone). Contact us if you have not received your item and it has been 10 days since your received your e-mailed shipping notice.

For tracked orders over $35, sometimes the post office gets a little too enthusiastic and marks it as “delivered” a day or two early, especially for mailbox deliveries.

Give it up to 7 days after the marked delivery date. In the meantime, check with neighbors, behind planters, under mail stacks, or with your local post office (trust us, packages love to hide).
